SPG - Morale seems low, anyone else feel the pressure?

Hey everyone, been at SPG for a few years now, mostly on the development side. Lately, it feels like the vibe has really shifted. Project timelines are getting squeezed, and there's a general sense of 'doing more with less' that's becoming a bit much. My team's workload has definitely ramped up, and I'm hearing similar things from colleagues in other departments. It's not just about budgets or hiring freezes (though those are definitely on my mind too), it's more about the overall pressure cooker environment. Are others feeling this? Is it just me or are things genuinely getting tighter across the board? Wondering if this is a precursor to something bigger, or just the usual economic jitters.
