SPG - Thoughts on career growth opportunities post-recent industry shifts?

Given the current real estate market and some of the shifts we've seen across the industry, I'm starting to think about my long-term career path at Simon Property Group. Has anyone had recent conversations with management about advancement or new opportunities within the company? It feels like the usual promotion tracks might be a bit slower or different than before. Curious if there are any internal training programs or new roles emerging that people are aware of. Just trying to stay proactive and understand where the growth areas might be within SPG for someone looking to stick around and develop.

It's a smart move to be proactive about career growth, especially with the market's recent volatility. I haven't heard about any specific new internal programs, but I've noticed that cross-departmental experience is becoming increasingly valued. Networking internally and expressing interest in different operational areas might open doors that aren't on the traditional ladder. Management seems more receptive to individuals who demonstrate a willingness to adapt and learn new skills outside their immediate role.
