Industrials Division - Any word on headcount freezes or potential reductions?

Been trying to get a clearer picture of what's happening within Snap-on Industrials. While there haven't been any official layoff announcements, I've noticed a definite hiring freeze in my area and some projects being put on indefinite hold. It's making people nervous, myself included. Colleagues are whispering about budget tightening and potential headcount reviews. Has anyone heard anything more concrete, or perhaps seen internal comms that hint at something bigger? It's hard to ignore the feeling that something's brewing.
