Hey everyone, been with Snap-on Industrials for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels... off. Management has been really tight-lipped, and there's been a noticeable slowdown in hiring for some departments, while others seem to be getting more resources. My team's been told to "optimize efficiency" more than usual, which usually translates to tighter budgets. No official announcements, but you can feel the tension. Yeah, I've been feeling something similar over here, though maybe not as intensely.
