Snap-on Industrials - Anyone else feel like they're walking on eggshells?

Is it just me, or has the general atmosphere at Snap-on Industrials become a bit... tense? Lately, it feels like any little mistake is being magnified, and the pressure to hit targets is through the roof, even when market conditions don't seem to support it. Performance reviews feel like they're being used as a stick more than a carrot these days. I've heard from a couple of colleagues in different departments that they're feeling the same way – like job security is suddenly a lot less certain than it used to be. Not seeing any official news about layoffs, but the underlying feeling is definitely shifting. Anyone else experiencing this, or have any advice on how to navigate this kind of environment?
