Yeah, I've definitely noticed a slowdown in hiring on my end too. Several positions that seemed like sure things just evaporated. HR is being super tight-lipped, which isn't exactly reassuring. It's hard not to worry when you see requisitions go cold with no explanation. Hoping it's just a temporary dip and not a sign of bigger issues.

This hiring freeze talk is concerning. I haven't heard anything official, but I've had a couple of promising interviews stall out completely. My manager is also being vague when asked about future staffing. It makes planning difficult and adds a layer of uncertainty to everything.
