Snap-on Industrials - Rumblings about restructuring?

Hey everyone, has anyone else been hearing any whispers or seeing any signs of potential organizational changes over at Snap-on Industrials lately? I haven't seen any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's been a bit of a weird vibe in some departments. Some managers seem a little more cagey than usual when asked about future projects, and there's been talk about 'streamlining operations' in a few different areas.
