So, 16% of the workforce is gone. That's a substantial chunk. I'm trying to process what this means for the teams that remain. Were these targeted cuts in specific departments, or more of a general thinning of the herd? I've seen a lot of speculation online, but I'm looking for insights from people who are actually inside Snap. How are things feeling on the ground? Are people picking up extra work? Is morale completely shot? It's easy for management to announce numbers, but the human impact is significant. Curious to hear firsthand accounts if anyone is willing to share.

It's tough to see such significant layoffs anywhere, and Snap is no exception. The ripple effect of losing 16% of the talent pool is immense. Beyond the immediate workload increase for remaining employees, I'm concerned about the long-term impact on innovation and the company's ability to execute on its ambitious goals. Hopefully, leadership has a clear strategy to redistribute responsibilities effectively and support the teams through this challenging period. The morale aspect is definitely crucial; a burnt-out workforce won't achieve great things.
