Anyone else blindsided by the Snap layoffs?

I'm still reeling from the latest layoffs at Snap. Honestly, I didn't see this coming for my team at all. We were hitting our targets, and morale was okay. Then boom, suddenly we're 'redundant' or 'operations are changing.' It's such a gut punch. HR was vague, management was awkward, and now there's just this giant void. The official line is about 'strategic realignment,' but it feels like a complete disregard for the people who built things here. I'm trying to figure out my next steps, but the uncertainty is a killer. This wasn't like a performance issue, it was just... random. Has anyone else experienced this kind of unexpected layoff and have any advice on how to navigate this mess? Seriously asking for a friend (who is me).
