Anyone else looking for a new gig after the Snap cuts?

So, the latest round of layoffs hit Snap. If you were affected, or just feeling the general unease, what's your next move? I'm already updating my resume and dusting off my LinkedIn. The constant restructuring and cuts are making it hard to feel secure. I've been seeing a lot of posts about other tech companies hiring, but the market still feels pretty competitive. Any advice on navigating the job search right now, especially coming from a company that's had multiple rounds of layoffs? What skills are in demand? What companies are actually hiring and seem stable? Trying to network more but it's tough to know where to focus. Anyone have recent interview experiences they can share?

Yeah, definitely feeling that. It's tough seeing the company go through so much upheaval. I'm also polishing up my resume and trying to network. It feels like a good time to explore roles at more stable, established companies, maybe outside of pure social media. Have you considered looking into different sectors entirely? Sometimes a fresh start in a new industry can be surprisingly rewarding, even if it's a bit daunting at first. Just trying to stay positive and focus on what I *can* control right now.
