Does anyone have intel on the severance package for the 6/6 group?

Just checking in to see if others in the 6/6 round have received their formal separation packets yet. I was caught in this morning's wave, and while the HR portal has been a nightmare to navigate, I’m trying to figure out if the severance terms have changed since the earlier rounds. Has anyone spoken to legal or a rep about the healthcare coverage extension? My understanding was that they were offering a few months of COBRA, but I'm hearing conflicting reports from people on my team who got different numbers. It feels like a total scramble over there. I’m also curious if they’re being stingy with the RSU vesting or if they're honoring the upcoming cliff for those who were close to a milestone. This whole process feels incredibly disorganized compared to the last time they did this. Just want to know what I’m entitled to so I can start planning my next move. Please DM if you don't want to post details publicly. Good luck to everyone else getting hit today; the market is brutal, but we’ll land somewhere else.

Check your personal email again; the formal packets were delayed for some of us due to a system glitch in the portal. Regarding the healthcare extension, the terms actually mirror the February round exactly. You get the same number of months for COBRA premiums covered as the previous cohort, which should be outlined in the severance agreement document once you finally get it to download. Don't stress too much about the conflicting rumors; legal has been pretty consistent on this specific point.

I’m in the same boat and honestly, the communication from HR has been pathetic. I managed to get through to a rep earlier today, and they confirmed that the healthcare coverage extension is still part of the package, but you have to actively sign the release before the portal will reflect the updated benefit status. It’s a mess, and the portal is barely functioning, but hang in there. If you don't see the paperwork by tomorrow, I’d suggest emailing your HR partner directly instead of waiting on the automated system.
