I totally get it. Been there, done that. The "everything's fine" line is corporate speak for "we have no clue what's happening." Start polishing your resume and networking. It sucks, but being proactive is better than getting caught off guard. Look at it as an opportunity to explore other options, even if you ultimately decide to stay.
Yeah, the lack of transparency is infuriating. But honestly, this is pretty standard for big tech. Remember when Google did that whole "restructuring" thing? Same vibes. I wouldn't panic just yet, but definitely start preparing yourself mentally and financially. Maybe cut back on some expenses and squirrel away a little extra cash.
