Seriously, what the heck is going on? We're all working our butts off, pushing out features, and then there's this constant threat of layoffs hanging over our heads. My manager keeps telling us everything is fine, but how can we believe that when the stock price is tanking and there's constant uncertainty in the air? I bust my hump every day. I feel so undervalued and underappreciated. And the worst part is, we're all just sitting here waiting for the other shoe to drop. It's incredibly demoralizing. This place used to be fun and innovative. Now, it feels like a pressure cooker. I'm so burnt out.

I totally get it. Been there, done that. The "everything's fine" line is corporate speak for "we have no clue what's happening." Start polishing your resume and networking. It sucks, but being proactive is better than getting caught off guard. Look at it as an opportunity to explore other options, even if you ultimately decide to stay.

Yeah, the lack of transparency is infuriating. But honestly, this is pretty standard for big tech. Remember when Google did that whole "restructuring" thing? Same vibes. I wouldn't panic just yet, but definitely start preparing yourself mentally and financially. Maybe cut back on some expenses and squirrel away a little extra cash. Hope for the best, but plan for the worst.
