Snap Layoffs - Here we go again...

Just saw the news about Snap cutting another chunk of employees. Feels like this is becoming a quarterly event. Honestly, it's getting exhausting. I'm not even sure what the company's long-term strategy is anymore. They keep talking about 'innovation' and 'efficiency' but it always seems to translate to fewer people doing more work, or just people getting shown the door. Anyone else in a similar boat? Trying to stay positive but it's hard when you see these headlines constantly. What's the vibe on the ground there? Are people blindsided or was this expected? Curious to hear from those still there.
