Southern Company: Anyone else feeling the pressure to do more with less?

Been hearing a lot about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' lately. Management's been all over it in town halls and emails. Honestly, it feels like they're trying to prep us for something, maybe not necessarily layoffs, but definitely tighter budgets and higher expectations. My team is already stretched thin, and the idea of 'doing more with less' sounds more like 'doing the same with fewer resources'. Anyone else in a similar boat at Southern? Is this just a company-wide push, or are certain departments feeling it more than others? Curious if this is a sign of things to come, or just standard corporate jargon. Trying not to panic, but it's hard not to read into these kinds of messages.
