Anyone else feeling the quiet before the storm at Splunk?

Just been hearing a lot of whispers around the office lately. Performance reviews felt a bit… pointed this year, and there's been a noticeable slowdown in hiring for some teams. With the Cisco acquisition closing soon, it's hard not to imagine some restructuring is on the horizon. It's making me nervous, especially seeing some of the recent news about other tech companies. Trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but the uncertainty is tough. Anyone else picking up on similar vibes or have any insider info that might ease (or confirm) these worries? Wondering what the actual plan is for headcount post-close.

Yeah, I've been getting a similar feeling. The general chatter has definitely shifted lately, and it feels like everyone's holding their breath a bit. Performance reviews were intense, and I've noticed some teams are definitely not backfilling positions as quickly as they used to. The Cisco deal looming over us definitely adds to the anxiety. It's hard to ignore the potential changes, and frankly, it's creating a pretty unsettling atmosphere day-to-day. Just hoping for some clarity soon.
