Heard a rumor about restructuring - anyone know anything?

I overheard some whispers in the kitchen about a potential org restructuring. Apparently, some teams might be getting consolidated or moved around. Anyone have any more concrete info? I'm on the product side, and things have been pretty quiet, but that's usually when the axe falls. I've been through restructurings before and they are almost always followed by layoffs so I'm prepping my resume just in case. If anyone knows more specifics about which teams are affected, please share anonymously!

Yeah, I heard something similar, but it's all hush-hush. My manager has been in a ton of closed-door meetings lately, which is never a good sign. I'm in engineering, and we're already stretched pretty thin. If they consolidate any more teams, I don't know how we'll keep up. Best advice is to polish that resume and network like crazy. Take those rumors with a huge grain of salt. Kitchen whispers are usually way off base. Remember last year when everyone was convinced the EMEA sales team was getting axed? Turns out they were just getting new leadership. Unless you hear something concrete from your direct manager or HR, don't panic. Focus on your work and try not to get caught up in the gossip. Easier said than done, I know, but it's the best way to stay sane.
