Anyone else notice the hiring freeze that seems to be in effect across multiple departments at Splunk? I've seen several requisitions get put on hold or quietly withdrawn. Coupled with some of the internal reorg discussions that are starting to surface, it feels like something is brewing. It's not just external news; the internal atmosphere is getting tense. People are hedging their bets, updating LinkedIn profiles, and networking more than usual. I haven't seen any official layoff news, but the signs are there. Is this pre-acquisition consolidation, or are we seeing a larger shake-up? Trying to stay positive but it's difficult when the signals point to potential cuts.
