Anyone else feel like things are getting tight at SBD Industrials?

Seeing a lot of 'project pauses' and 're-prioritization' lately. HR seems to be doing a lot of 'internal alignment' meetings. Nothing concrete, but the vibe is definitely shifting. Used to be pretty steady, but now it feels like we're holding our breath. Anyone in other SBD industrial divisions noticing this? Trying to gauge if it's just my team or a broader trend. Feels a bit like we're being set up for something, but can't put my finger on it. Is anyone else picking up on this? Curious to hear what others are hearing or seeing, even anecdotal stuff.

Yeah, I'm in a different industrial division, but I'm seeing similar signs. Lots of chatter about efficiency and streamlining, which sounds good on paper, but the underlying feeling is definitely one of caution. Budget reviews seem more intense than usual, and there's a lot less willingness to approve new initiatives unless they have a very clear and immediate ROI. It's unsettling because the company historically has been so stable. Makes you wonder what strategic shifts are on the horizon or if it's just a response to the current economic climate.
