SBD Industrials - Hiring Freeze Rumors?

Hey everyone. Been with SBD Industrials for a few years now, and things feel...weird. There's been no official word, but I've noticed a couple of things that make me wonder if there's a hiring freeze in effect, or maybe even some subtle cutbacks. Recruiters I used to talk to seem quiet, and some of the usual internal job postings have dried up. My manager is also being super cagey about future headcount and project funding. Anyone else in the Industrial sector of SBD picking up on this? It's not panic stations yet, but the silence from leadership is pretty deafening, and it's starting to make people antsy. Just looking to see if others are seeing the same thing or if I'm overthinking it.

Yeah, I've been feeling the same vibe within the industrial side. It's definitely quieter than usual on the internal job board, and the recruiters seem to have gone radio silent. My team's been trying to get clarity on Q3/Q4 staffing for new projects, but it's like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. Makes you wonder if they're holding their breath for something, or if budgets are tighter than we're being told. Hope it's just a temporary lull, but it's creating some uncertainty for sure.
