What's the general vibe out there for Stanley Industrials? We haven't had any official announcements, but it feels like things have slowed down considerably. Open positions seem to be frozen, and there's a lot of internal shuffling happening. Makes you wonder what's coming down the pipeline. Is anyone seeing this across the board or just in specific divisions? Trying to get a pulse on the situation without causing unnecessary panic. Yeah, I've been feeling the same slowdown here in my division. Open roles are definitely taking longer to get approved, if they're approved at all. The internal movement is definitely noticeable too – lots of folks shifting around. It’s hard to get a clear picture, but it does feel like a general tightening. Hopefully, it's just a temporary adjustment and not a sign of bigger issues ahead. Keep us posted if you hear anything more concrete.
