Anyone else feeling the pressure at Starbucks? Things feel off.

Hey everyone, been with Starbucks for a few years now, and lately, the vibe just feels... tense. We're hearing whispers, seeing some shifts in scheduling and fewer hours being offered. Management is being pretty tight-lipped, which honestly just makes things worse. Lots of people are getting antsy, and you can feel the anxiety building. It's hard to stay motivated when you're constantly worried about what's next. Anyone else in a similar boat or hearing any real intel beyond the usual rumors? Trying to get a sense if this is just my district or a bigger thing. Just want some clarity, you know?

Yeah, I'm definitely feeling it too. The shift in hours has been noticeable, and it's tough to plan anything when you don't know your schedule from week to week. It creates a lot of uncertainty, and honestly, it's impacting morale. Trying to stay positive and focused on the customers, but it's getting harder when the underlying pressure feels so constant. Just hoping for some clarity soon so we can all get back to feeling more secure and confident in our roles. It's a lot to navigate right now.
