Just saw the WARN notice about the 212 folks in Perry/Bulan getting the axe. It’s wild how quiet management is keeping this on the internal channels. I’ve been with the company for a few years now and it honestly feels like we’re just waiting for the next shoe to drop every single week. I know the corporate office has been going through it, but seeing the supply chain and logistics side hit so hard just makes me wonder if there’s any part of this company that’s actually safe anymore. Is this part of the broader restructuring everyone was whispering about last month, or are they just burning bridges to meet some quarterly target before the fiscal year ends? If you’re at one of the distribution centers or regional hubs, please speak up. We need to know if this is going to ripple out to the rest of the network, or if they’re just isolating the pain to specific states. Good luck to everyone getting their packets this week.

It’s honestly getting hard to keep track of the layoffs lately. The lack of transparency from corporate is the most frustrating part. We’re all sitting here trying to hit our metrics while the floor feels like it’s dropping out from under us. If they can justify cutting a whole warehouse staff without a clear explanation, none of us should feel secure. It feels like the company is prioritizing quarterly margins over the people who actually keep the product moving. Definitely keeps me looking at the job boards during my breaks.
