Anyone else seeing weird scheduling changes? Feels like something's up.

Hey everyone. Been with Starbucks for about 3 years now, mostly as a shift supervisor at a busy store. Over the past couple of weeks, I've noticed some really strange scheduling shifts. Like, hours are being cut drastically for some people, while others who usually get decent hours are suddenly barely getting anything. Our store manager is being super cagey about it, just saying it's 'inventory management' and 'operational adjustments.' But it feels like more than that. We've also had a couple of senior baristas suddenly 'move on' without much fanfare. It's making everyone really anxious. Seeing some of the news about potential layoffs and closures, I'm wondering if this is the start of something bigger at our location or regionally. Has anyone else experienced similar weirdness in their district? Trying to get a sense of what's actually happening before they just drop the bomb.
