So much noise online about Starbucks layoffs, but it's all super vague or referencing past events or corporate jobs. I'm not seeing anything concrete about actual store closures or widespread cuts impacting baristas or shift managers. I'm wondering if this is more fear-mongering or if there are specific regions or districts that are actually being hit right now. Anyone have direct info, like WARN notices for specific stores or a clear headcount reduction number that's confirmed for store-level staff? It's hard to sift through the rumors and understand the reality of the situation for us on the front lines.

I've heard a lot of chatter too, and it's frustratingly difficult to get solid details. My sister works at a store in Arizona that's been incredibly busy, and they haven't mentioned anything about cuts. It feels like the rumors are flying faster than actual confirmed news. I'm hoping someone with firsthand knowledge will chime in, because the uncertainty is definitely making people nervous, and understandably so. It's hard to plan or feel secure when you're just hearing whispers.
