Hey everyone, throwing this out there to see if anyone else is noticing anything. I've been at State Street for a few years now, and lately, it feels like there's been a shift. Some teams are definitely leaner, and I'm hearing whispers about certain functions being absorbed or consolidated. It's not like we've had official announcements of layoffs, but the workload is still there, and it feels like we're expected to do more with less. Is anyone else in a similar boat? Wondering if it's just my area or a broader trend. Trying to get a pulse on the company culture and stability right now. Any insights or observations would be appreciated.

From what I've seen and heard, it sounds like a common theme across different areas.
