Hey everyone, Just wanted to see if I'm alone in this, but lately, the vibe at State Street has felt a bit... off. We haven't had any official announcements, but there's been a lot of hushed conversations and a general sense of unease. My team's been scrambling to document everything, which is usually a sign of something brewing. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and the feedback was pretty standard, but I've heard whispers about 'restructuring' and 'efficiency drives' from higher up. I'm in a mid-level role, been here a few years, and up until recently, things felt pretty stable. Now, I'm finding myself constantly checking internal comms and trying to gauge the temperature.
