Did anyone see the WARN filing for the Rancho Cucamonga site? It looks like another 22 people were let go at the end of March. I’ve been tracking these filings lately because the rumors in the office keep getting louder, and it feels like every few months there’s a quiet 'adjustment' somewhere in the network. It’s hard to focus on daily deliverables when you're constantly wondering if your department is next on the chopping block. For those of us still hanging on, how are you guys handling the morale? Is leadership being transparent at all, or are they just sticking to the standard 'restructuring' talking points? I'm worried that 22 is just the tip of the iceberg for this quarter. It’s honestly becoming the standard operating procedure at this point. I stopped counting the layoff waves years ago, but the constant drip-feed of WARN filings really drains the morale. When you see your colleagues getting cut in small batches like this, it makes it impossible to commit to long-term projects. I’ve just been keeping my resume updated and maintaining a strictly professional distance from the office politics. It sucks, but looking out for yourself is the only way to stay sane in this environment anymore.

The uncertainty is definitely the worst part of working here.
