Rethinking my role at Stryker - anyone else?

So, I've been at Stryker for a solid chunk of time, and honestly, I'm starting to question my long-term prospects here. The work itself is still engaging, but the overall direction and management's communication have been a bit all over the place lately. There's a sense of uncertainty that wasn't there before. Budgets seem tighter, and there's a lot more focus on 'efficiency' which often translates to more work for fewer people. I'm not seeing any outright layoff announcements, but the quiet restructuring and strategic pivots are making me nervous. Wondering if anyone else in similar roles or departments are having these thoughts. It's tough when you're invested in a company and start seeing signs that maybe it's time to polish the resume. Curious to hear if others are feeling this same sense of unease or if I'm just overthinking things.
