Stryker - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Hey everyone, lurking on here for a while but decided to post. Been at Stryker for a few years now in [Department - e.g., R&D/Sales/Operations]. Lately, there's been a really weird vibe. Management's been cagey about future plans, and there have been a lot of 'reorganizations' that seem to just shuffle people around. Performance reviews felt extra intense this cycle, and some long-time high performers were put on PIPs. It's making me nervous. Anyone else in a similar boat or hearing anything concrete about potential headcount changes? Trying to gauge if this is company-wide or just my division. Staying quiet for now but starting to update the resume just in case.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. It's definitely not just you. The 'reorgs' have been unsettling, and it feels like a lot of the usual communication channels have dried up. Performance reviews were definitely more stressful than usual, and seeing people get put on PIPs when they've been solid performers for years is a major red flag. Makes you wonder what's really going on behind the scenes. Keeping my head down and focusing on my own work, but the uncertainty is hard to ignore. Hopefully, someone has some solid intel soon.
