Stryker - Anyone else feeling the pressure? Layoff rumors?

Hey everyone, Been with Stryker for a few years now and lately, the atmosphere feels...different. There's been a lot of talk about restructuring and 'optimizing our resources,' which is corporate speak for layoffs in my book. Nothing concrete has been announced, and my manager is giving me the usual 'everything is fine' spiel, but I'm seeing more people being quiet, less cross-team collaboration, and just a general sense of unease. Anyone else picking up on this? Sales numbers have been decent, but maybe not stellar in all divisions? I'm in X division and it feels like we're under the microscope. Anyone hearing anything from their managers or higher-ups, even whispers? Just trying to gauge if I'm overthinking this or if there's something brewing. Feels like the calm before the storm. Anyone in other divisions seeing similar vibes? Trying to stay positive but also want to be prepared. Any advice on how to navigate this or what to look out for?
