Stryker - Layoff rumors or just market jitters?

Been seeing a lot of chatter online and hearing whispers internally about potential layoffs at Stryker. Nothing official, of course, but the buzz seems to be picking up. Some teams are reportedly frozen for hiring, and there's been talk of budget cuts across certain departments. Is anyone else experiencing this? My manager deflected direct questions about workforce stability, which isn't exactly reassuring. Given the current economic climate and some of the tougher competition in the med-device space, it wouldn't be entirely surprising, but I'm hoping it's just noise. Curious to hear if others are feeling this unease or if it's specific to certain areas.
