Stryker - Seeing a lot of internal shifts, any thoughts?

Hey everyone, been with Stryker for a few years now and lately, it feels like things are... shifting. Seeing a lot of reorgs, people moving around teams, and just a general sense of uncertainty in the air. It's not outright layoffs that I've heard of officially, but the underlying vibe is definitely there. Anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if it's just my department or if it's a broader trend across the company. Trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but it's hard not to feel a little anxious when you see so much movement. Curious to hear if others are feeling the same way or have any insights into what might be going on behind the scenes. Is this a normal cycle for a company of this size, or is something else brewing?
