Anyone else notice the silence on new projects at Synchrony?

Starting to feel a bit of a lull across the board here at Synchrony. Usually, around this time of year, we'd be hearing about Q4 initiatives, new product launches, or at least some forward-looking roadmaps. But lately, it's been pretty quiet. My team's workload feels manageable, maybe even a little *too* manageable, which is not usually the case. It's like things have just... slowed down. I've seen a few job postings get pulled or put on hold too, which adds to the vibe. Is this just a seasonal thing, or is anyone else picking up on this general lack of new momentum? Wondering if leadership is consolidating resources or if there's a broader strategy shift happening that we haven't been briefed on. Just trying to gauge the temperature of the room.

I can confirm that feeling. My team has been mentioning the same thing – less urgency, fewer new tasks popping up than usual.
