Synchrony - Seeing a lot of internal reshuffling, anyone else notice?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at Synchrony has been noticing a lot of internal movement lately. Feels like there are constant reorganizations and teams being restructured. Some folks are moving around, and I've heard whispers of certain departments consolidating. It's creating a bit of uncertainty, to be honest. Trying to figure out where my role fits in the long term. Is this just business as usual for a company our size, or is anyone else picking up on something more? Curious to hear what others are seeing and if there's any unofficial chatter about what's driving this. Maybe it's tied to the economic climate or specific business unit performance. Hard to say without concrete info, but the constant churn is definitely noticeable. Anyone have insights or similar observations?
