Synchrony: Anyone else feeling the strain on workload and resources?

Seriously, is it just me or has the workload at Synchrony ramped up considerably without a corresponding increase in resources or headcount? Feels like we're constantly being asked to do more with less, and the pressure to hit targets is intense. My team is stretched incredibly thin right now, and it's starting to impact morale and even the quality of work, I think. I've noticed fewer people in meetings, more tasks being delegated down, and a general sense of people being overworked. Management keeps talking about efficiency and streamlining, which sounds great in theory, but in practice, it feels like just piling more onto the existing staff. Anyone else feeling this? Is this a company-wide thing or just my department? Wondering if others have found ways to cope or if anyone has insights into what's driving this push.

I can definitely relate. The pace feels relentless lately, and it seems like every project requires more than we have the bandwidth for. It’s tough when you see your colleagues burning out and the quality of work starting to suffer because of the constant pressure. I've been seeing similar trends across departments, with fewer hands on deck for an increasing volume of tasks. It's definitely a concerning situation that needs addressing.

You're not alone. The workload has been a constant struggle, and it feels like we're always playing catch-up. The pressure to deliver results is palpable, and it's hard to maintain a healthy work-life balance when you're constantly swamped. I've noticed more and more people taking on extra responsibilities without additional support, which is unsustainable in the long run. Hoping leadership takes notice of these signs before it leads to bigger issues.
