Synchrony Financial - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Hey all, been at Sync for a few years now in [Department/Team]. Lately, the vibe feels... off. It's not just one thing, but a collection of small things. There's been a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' in meetings, which is fine, but the undertone feels a bit heavy. Managers seem more stressed, and there's definitely less transparency than usual about future projects. Anyone else in a similar boat?
