Synchrony: Performance reviews and future uncertainty

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some insight from my fellow Synchrony folks. With the economic outlook being what it is, I've been hearing a lot of chatter about potential 'restructuring' and 'efficiency improvements' lately. My recent performance review felt a little... intense. Lots of focus on metrics and 'impact,' which I get, but it feels different this time. Anyone else noticing increased scrutiny or hearing similar whispers about upcoming changes, maybe even layoffs? Trying to gauge if this is just company-wide jitters or if there's something more concrete going on. Just want to be prepared and understand the landscape. Appreciate any info or similar experiences.
