Synopsys: Anyone else feel the pressure on project timelines?

Been feeling a lot of heat on project delivery dates lately. It seems like the targets are getting more aggressive, and the resources aren't necessarily increasing to match. Managers are pushing hard, and while I understand the business need, it's starting to feel unsustainable. It's making me wonder if there's an underlying pressure from leadership to demonstrate efficiency or hit certain metrics, which sometimes can precede bigger changes. No official word, of course, but the general vibe feels a bit tense. Wondering if others are experiencing similar deadline squeezes or performance pressures. Are we all just in crunch mode, or is there something more to it?

Totally get what you're saying. The push for faster delivery is definitely palpable across the board. It feels like the expectation is always 'more with less,' and while we're all trying our best to deliver quality work, the constant acceleration is a real challenge.
