Synopsys: Increased workload and team restructuring?

Hey everyone, been at Synopsys for a few years now and things have felt... different lately. My team has seen a couple of people leave voluntarily, and management hasn't rushed to backfill those roles. Instead, the remaining work has been distributed, and the pressure feels higher than ever. We're also hearing whispers about some organizational 'streamlining' which sounds like corporate speak for 'expecting more with less.' Has anyone else noticed this trend? It's not a formal layoff announcement, but the atmosphere feels like we're tightening our belts. Curious if this is a company-wide thing or just specific to my org. Just trying to gauge the general sentiment out there.
