Synopsys: Is anyone else seeing budget cuts impacting resources?

Curious to hear if others are experiencing a noticeable tightening of the purse strings across Synopsys. I'm in [mention a general department, e.g., R&D, Sales Operations], and it feels like we're being asked to do more with less across the board. Travel budgets are almost nonexistent, new software licenses are getting harder to approve, and even small training requests are being questioned heavily. It's starting to impact our ability to execute on projects effectively. Definitely feels like a broader cost-saving initiative is underway. Anyone else in a similar boat or hearing whispers about where these cuts are originating from? Trying to understand the bigger picture here, not just my immediate team's challenges.

Yeah, I'm seeing it too in my team. We've had to really prioritize what absolutely needs to be done, and unfortunately, some nice-to-haves are off the table for now. It's definitely a challenge, but we're trying to make do with what we have. Hopefully, this is a temporary phase.

Absolutely. The scrutiny on expenses has ramped up significantly. Even routine hardware upgrades are facing tougher justification hurdles. I'm finding myself spending more time on budget requests than actual project work, which is frustrating. Makes you wonder about the longer-term strategy behind these measures.
