Synopsys: Vague whispers about restructuring?

Hey everyone, been at Synopsys for a few years now and lately the vibe has been a bit off. Not hearing any concrete news about layoffs or anything dramatic, but there's a definite undercurrent of 'something's up.' Managers are being super cagey about future projects, and there's been talk about 'optimizing resources' which is corporate speak for 'cut costs' in my book. Anyone else picking up on this? Are teams being subtly consolidated or are there roles that are just... disappearing without explanation? Feels like we're holding our breath here, waiting for the other shoe to drop. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide feeling or if it's just my department. Any intel would be appreciated, trying to stay ahead of the curve if possible.
