Anyone else feeling the Sysco jitters? What's the vibe?

Hey everyone, seeing a lot of chatter online and hearing whispers internally, but nothing concrete. Just wondering if anyone else in the trenches at Sysco is feeling this same sense of unease. It's hard to ignore the market shifts and the general economic climate, and frankly, the 'no news is good news' approach isn't exactly settling nerves. Are departments being squeezed? Are projects being put on hold? I'm not looking for gossip, but if anyone has *any* legitimate insights or observations about operational changes, hiring freezes, or budget cuts, I'd appreciate hearing them. Just trying to get a pulse on what might be happening behind the curtain. Stay safe out there.

I'm with you on the unease. It feels like the quiet before something happens, but it's hard to tell if it's positive or negative. Seeing some slower movement on orders and a bit more scrutiny on expenses. Hopefully, it's just a seasonal dip or a strategic regrouping, but the lack of clear communication is definitely not helping morale.

Totally get the jitters. The buzz is definitely there, and it's hard to dismiss. While I haven't heard anything definitive about major shifts, I've noticed a bit more caution in budget approvals lately. Trying to stay focused on the day-to-day, but the background hum of 'what if' is hard to shake. Fingers crossed it's nothing serious and just market fluctuations.
