Sysco - Anyone else feel the pressure increasing?

Hey all, been with Sysco for a few years now in operations. Lately, it feels like the screws are tightening across the board. We're seeing more 'efficiency' drives and talk about optimizing routes, which is fine, but the underlying tone feels a bit… anxious? Been hearing whispers about restructuring in some departments, though nothing concrete. Anyone else in different roles or locations picking up on this? Not sure if it's just my location or a broader company thing. Curious to hear if others are feeling this shift or if I'm just overthinking it. Just trying to gauge the general mood out there before the next quarterly earnings.

Yeah, I'm hearing similar things out of my depot. The focus on efficiency is definitely up, and there's a constant push to do more with less. It's created a pretty tense atmosphere, to be honest. Route optimization discussions are constant, and while the goal is understandable, the way it's being implemented feels like they're trying to squeeze every last drop out of us. I haven't heard concrete restructuring rumors, but the general feeling of unease is definitely palpable across different teams.
