Hey everyone, Just checking in to see what the general vibe is out there for the driver positions at Sysco. Been on the road with Sysco for a few years now. Honestly, it feels like business as usual for the most part. Yeah, there's always talk about efficiency and trying to make routes tighter, that's part of the job in logistics. But I haven't seen any real dip in freight or a major change in how many stops we're doing day-to-day. The scheduling's been pretty consistent, and while it's demanding, that's expected. Maybe it depends on your specific hub or region, but where I'm at, things seem stable.

From my perspective, there's definitely been a noticeable increase in pressure over the last year. The efficiency drives aren't just talk; you can feel it in the tighter schedules and the constant push to meet delivery windows. We're doing more with less, and while the company might frame it as optimization, it often translates to drivers feeling more stretched. Some guys are talking about looking elsewhere if things don't ease up, but for now, we're just trying to keep the wheels turning and get the loads out.
