Sysco Logistics - Questions about upcoming changes?

Been seeing some chatter on here and elsewhere about potential shifts in how Sysco is handling its supply chain and distribution. Specifically, I'm in a logistics role and there's been talk about consolidating some of our regional hubs or changing up our fleet management strategies. Management is being pretty tight-lipped, which always makes me nervous. Anyone have any inside info or hear anything more concrete about what might be coming down the pipeline for the logistics side of things? Just trying to prepare myself and understand what the future might look like. Trying to stay ahead of any potential surprises.

Heard some whispers about network optimization. The goal seems to be greater efficiency, which often means rethinking hub locations and how deliveries are routed. Fleet management changes could be tied to that – maybe exploring more fuel-efficient options or different types of vehicles depending on route density. It's definitely a challenging area to manage, and transparency is key for morale. Hopefully, more information will be shared soon to ease concerns.
