Sysco Operations - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Hey everyone, been with Sysco operations for a few years now, and lately, it feels like the grind is getting more intense. Deliveries seem to be pushed harder, and the routes are getting longer. Heard some whispers about efficiency drives and optimization projects, but nothing concrete. Is anyone else in the warehouses or out on the road noticing a change in pace or workload? Are we just expected to do more with less these days? Trying to gauge if this is a widespread thing or if it's just my particular hub. Getting a bit concerned about burnout, honestly. Any insights from others in similar roles would be appreciated.

Yeah, I've been noticing it too, especially on the delivery side. Routes are definitely packed tighter, and the expectation to hit delivery windows feels almost impossible some days. Seems like they're really pushing for speed without necessarily giving us the resources to match. It makes for a stressful day, constantly feeling behind.

Definitely feeling the squeeze. Warehouse operations have been a bit of a madhouse lately. More product moving through faster, and it feels like there's less room for error. The pressure is on to turn things around quickly, and it's definitely noticeable in the day-to-day workflow. Hopefully, it leads to better organization in the long run, but right now it's just intense.
