Sysco Operations/Warehouse - Feeling the pinch?

Curious to hear from folks working in the warehouses and operations side of Sysco. With all the talk about supply chain, inflation, and how restaurants are doing, I'm wondering if it's translating into anything tangible at the ground level for ops. Any changes in shift patterns, overtime opportunities drying up, or increased focus on headcount reduction that isn't being openly discussed? Yeah, I've heard some chatter. It feels like a lot of the usual overtime has been pretty scarce lately. Seems like management is watching the hours more closely than before, trying to squeeze more out of the existing crew without bringing in extra help. It definitely makes you wonder what the bigger picture is, especially when you hear about all the market volatility. Just trying to keep my head down and get the work done.

It's definitely a mixed bag out there. Some days feel packed, others are surprisingly slow. Overtime definitely isn't as consistent as it used to be, which is a bummer when you're trying to plan your finances. I haven't seen any obvious headcount cuts, but there's a definite vibe of trying to be more efficient with fewer resources. People are definitely feeling the pressure to perform at a higher level consistently.
