Anyone else feeling the jitters at T. Rowe Price?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter on here about potential layoffs across asset management firms, and honestly, it's making me a bit anxious. I'm in a mid-level role at T. Rowe, and while there haven't been any official announcements or anything concrete, the general market sentiment and whispers in industry news have me on edge. Performance has been decent, but not spectacular, and I know budgets are being looked at closely everywhere. Has anyone heard anything specific or noticed any changes in internal communication or project prioritization that might hint at something coming down the pipeline? Trying to stay positive, but it's hard not to worry. Just looking to see if anyone else is feeling this or has any insights. It's the uncertainty that's the worst part, right?

I'm in a similar boat. It's tough to ignore the broader industry trends, even without direct news. I've been trying to focus on delivering strong results in my own area and keeping an eye on internal communications. It's definitely a stressful environment right now, and it's good to know others are feeling the same.

Hang in there. While the whispers are unsettling, T. Rowe Price has a history of navigating market cycles. Keep your head down, do good work, and stay informed through official channels. I'm hoping these anxieties are just part of the current economic climate rather than something more specific to the firm.
