Man, I'm not sure if it's just me, but the general mood around Teradyne feels pretty low lately. We've seen some pretty concerning market news affecting the semiconductor sector as a whole, and while corporate hasn't said much directly about our specific situation, you can feel the unease. My manager's been a bit cagey when asked about future roadmaps and headcount, which is not like them. Several colleagues have mentioned feeling less motivated, and there's a general 'wait and see' attitude pervading the office. It's hard to stay focused on deliverables when there's this background hum of uncertainty. I know we're not the only company in this boat right now, but it would be nice to have some clearer communication from leadership about where we stand and what the outlook is. I hear you. The uncertainty is the worst part. It feels like everyone is holding their breath, and that definitely drags down morale. When things were good, you felt the energy.
