Teradyne - Recent project reorgs, what's the vibe?

Hey folks, Been with Teradyne for a few years now, and the last couple of months have felt... different. We've had a few significant project reorgs across different divisions, and it seems like teams are being shuffled around more than usual. On top of that, there's been a noticeable slowdown in new project approvals, and some ongoing ones are definitely on tighter budgets than they used to be. I haven't heard any direct talk of layoffs, and performance reviews just wrapped up (which, btw, felt a bit more pointed this year than usual). But the combination of reorgs and budget tightening has definitely got people feeling a little antsy. Anyone else in other departments seeing similar shifts? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just localized to my area. Curious to hear what others are experiencing or hearing, even if it's just general office chatter. Stay safe out there.

Yeah, I've been feeling the shift too. The reorgs definitely seem to be about consolidating resources or maybe preparing for something new. The vibe definitely feels a bit more cautious lately. The reorgs have created some awkward transitions, and it's not always clear who's steering the ship on certain initiatives. Budget tightening is understandable in the current climate, but it does put pressure on teams to do more with less. Hoping for some clarity and stability to emerge soon.
